Eamonn’s journey to being an Elite Entertainer has been an interesting one. He was born here in New Jersey where he lived till he started college. In 4th grade he discovered he loved music! He learned to play drums and has been in various bands ever since, playing everything from jazz to covers.
He moved out of the Jersey area and eventually started DJing with a company called Black Tie in Northern Virginia. There, he perfected the art of DJing and MCing and even worked under the tutelage of Elite’s owner, Mike Walter. Black Tie is one of the many companies around the country that bring Mike in to train their staff. So when Eamonn was moving back to the New Jersey area, it was only natural that he would reach out to Elite to hop on board.
And we’re thrilled he has! Eamonn brings a ton of experience and passion with him. His love of music is endless. As he often says, “Music enhances Life!” Besides rocking dance floors, Eamonn also loves working closely with his clients to ensure the special moments at their events are done flawlessly. As he says, “I love being able to connect with people on a level that you can only get through music. . . It’s almost a spiritual thing.”
Besides DJing, Eamonn stays busy with his fiance Genie and his two step-daughters. He also loves music production, sailing, running, cycling, rucking (weighted backpacking), model railroading and fixing cars.
