In the past few years Elite Entertainment has been honored to receive some pretty big awards. We accept these gratefully they mean that people are happy with our service and are proud to say so. 

The Knot: The Knot is the biggest wedding planning site on the internet and in 2006 they began polling their brides. They put together a list they call: “The Knot Best of Weddings”. We have made that list in each of the first four years they have announced it (2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010)

Wedding Wire: We often say Wedding Wire is the most democratic site on the internet (for the wedding industry anyway.)  Past brides can log on and say whatever they want about the vendors that worked at their weddings. Some DJs fear this kind of open honesty but we embrace it and we invite prospective brides to “read all about us!" In 2009 Wedding Wire announced their inaugural “Brides Choice Award.”  We were thrilled to be named to that list and in 2010, we did it again!

Condé Nast no longer publishes Modern Bride magazine but during two of its final years (2006 and 2007) they produced a list called “The 150 Hottest Bands and DJs.” This was a nationwide list and when it was announced we thought, “No way are we going to make this one.” So we were stunned both years when we did make the list.  It was quite a thrill!

DJ Times is an industry publication that holds an annual expo in Atlantic City. In 2001 they wanted to revive their DJ of the Year competition.  They reached out to Elite’s owner Mike Walter to host and produce it.   Mike and his co-host every year  Dominic Sestito,  have now become nationally known in the DJ Industry due to this high profile annual event.
